Technical interruptions, API latency, or third-party data inaccuracies.

Losses resulting from individual trading decisions or platform usage.

Force Majeure events, including massive cyber-attacks or national utility failures.

Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction This contract is exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
